Omnia Mea Mecum Porto – Everything I own I carry with me
May is a packed month with Yoga classes/sessions. I signed up a 10 classes package with Alpha Balance and I joined many charity classes and yoga events from various schools. Since I found I am so passionate about it, I make time for it everyday. Get myself on mat, it is what it takes to make one starts the practice, and only action will bring change. I saw good improvement on my poses, but at the same time, I know the biggest change will take more and more practices than what I am practicing now. I finally managed to do a headstand pose, but my first try, I fell badly on the solid TV wood at home, it was a lesson I never forget, my shin was swollen badly the next day, but I did not stop practicing the headstand, I was successful doing the pose on the third day I got injured.
Matcha latte energizes my every day. I bought a milk frother, although it was a bit pricey, it was a good investment, I use it almost everyday, it saves so much of my time.
Ukulele beginner class ended this month, I am looking my way to keep myself motivated to take my ukulele out and play it often. Recording it and put in my video seems to be a good way.
I traveled to Jakarta for a 4 days 3 nights business trip, it was a tiring trip and caught fever after I got back to Singapore. I started to question myself am I pushing myself too much…
I try my best to make meals for myself on each Sunday, recently soba is my good choice.
About donating and recycling, I knew so well that what I am doing is too small to mention, but I would like to keep it recorded, it motivates me to continue doing it. I believe no matter how small we contribute, it is able to bring a small change to the world.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
